Memberships may be cancelled at any time via the user dashboard or by contacting info@sugarmommy.nl.

Access to the service remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the charge.

Refunds are reviewed individually and processed within 5 business days once approved.

Refunds may also be granted within 14 days if the membership has not been used after the most recent charge.
3. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Technical issues preventing access to the service.

Duplicate payments caused by system error.

Non-usage of membership within the first 14 days after charge.

Legal obligations requiring a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for:

4. Chargebacks

Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first is considered abusive and may result in account termination.
