1. Definitions
“Website” refers to sugarmommy.nl.
“Company” refers to Sugar Mommy B.V.
“Member” / “User” refers to any individual registered on the Website.
“Subscription” refers to a paid recurring membership.
“Content” refers to all text, images, videos, profiles, or other materials uploaded or shared by Users.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old.
By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
False declarations of age or identity will result in immediate account termination.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
You are liable for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Membership Pricing & Recurring Billing
Standard membership fee: €24.95 per month.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled.
Recurring charges are securely processed by our payment provider.
Bank statement descriptor: SUGARMOMMY*Membership (or processor-approved equivalent).
Special promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed before purchase.
5. Payment Terms
Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider.
We do not store complete credit card data.
Declined transactions may lead to restricted access.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing info@sugarmommy.nl.
Access remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the charge.
Refunds are reviewed individually and processed within 5 business days once approved.
Refunds may also be granted within 14 days if the membership has not been used after the last charge.
Dissatisfaction alone is not grounds for a refund unless required by law.
Chargebacks
Submitting a chargeback without contacting us first will result in account termination.
7. Content Monitoring Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.
Users are prohibited from uploading content that violates laws or these Terms.
Reports of illegal/non-consensual content must be sent to info@sugarmommy.nl and will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Violations may result in removal of content and account suspension or termination.
8. Complaints Policy
Content-related complaints: investigated and resolved within 24 hours.
General complaints: acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved within 7 business days.
Submit complaints to info@sugarmommy.nl including description, date, and evidence.
Escalation: If not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a management-level review.
9. Human Trafficking & Exploitation Policy
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, exploitation, prostitution, or coercion.
Suspicions must be reported immediately to info@sugarmommy.nl.
In emergencies, contact local authorities directly.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
10. Merchant Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their own content.
The Company does not endorse or guarantee User-generated content.
We may moderate, restrict, or remove content that breaches these Terms or laws.
Users indemnify the Company against claims related to their content.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.
Use the Website for escort services or prostitution.
Upload or distribute content involving minors, violence, or exploitation.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Website.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website design, branding, and proprietary content belong to Sugar Mommy B.V.
Users may not copy or redistribute Website materials without prior written consent.
User-submitted content remains the property of the User, but grants the Company a license for Website use.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for damages resulting from:
Misuse by Users
Payment provider errors
Temporary downtime due to maintenance or technical issues
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion in case of:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Illegal or prohibited conduct
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Zwolle, The Netherlands.
